There's a double-entendre in the French sentence, on the word "quartier", that this tweet does not convey well. The first part of the sentence translates as "no fascist in our neighborhoods", but the second part would rather translate as "no quarter (=no mercy) for fascists". https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_quarter
