Original Note:
Workers cannot be “stolen” from employers. The 13th Amendment banned the ownership of human beings in 1865. Workers are free to choose their preferred jobs based on what employers offer. These rights are guaranteed by the National Labor Relations Act, passed in 1935. https://www.archives.gov/milestone-documents/13th-amendment#:~:text=The%2013th%20Amendment%20to%20the%20United%20States%20Constitution%20provides%20that,place%20subject%20to%20their%20jurisdiction.%22 https://www.nlrb.gov/guidance/key-reference-materials/national-labor-relations-act
