The Chinese Coast Guard vessel shadowed and attempted to ram the Philippine Coast Guard ship multiple times - which resulted in a collision with the PLA-N destroyer. The PCG vessel did not practice any such dangerous maneuvers as it's the one being chased by the CCG ship. https://x.com/raffytima/status/1954869527080042791
