Original Note:
The line you are seeing on this NEXRAD radar display is not a 'wave of frequency' but an outflow boundary from the thunderstorms. Rain cooled air from the storm sinks & is pushed outwards which can be a foci for new storm formation along it due to the lift it generates. https://wx.erau.edu/faculty/mullerb/Wx365/Outflow_boundaries/outflow_boundaries_loop.html https://radarscope.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4416728152082-Atmospheric-Boundaries-Circulations-What-You-Can-See-On-Radar-Other-Than-Rain https://www.theweatherprediction.com/habyhints/146/ https://www.weather.gov/gid/29139
