Original Note:
The Ife Heads presented, dated around 1300-1450AD, are made out of brass - a copper-zinc alloy - not iron. Iron smelting originated in Anatolia and Persia around 2000BC, whereas the European Industrial Revolution began in the late 1700s. https://smarthistory.org/ife-head-ruler/ https://www.britannica.com/technology/iron-processing?utm_source=chatgpt.com https://www.britannica.com/topic/history-of-Europe/The-Industrial-Revolution
