OP misrepresents a very real biological phenomenon called the "zinc spark". Contrary to what OP says, no light is produced during fertilization. The flashes seen in the video are due to a chemical reaction between zinc, calcium, and a chemical added by scientists. https://www.nature.com/articles/srep24737
