Der alte Bundestag ist nicht seit dem 23.2. Geschichte. Die Wahlperiode endet mit der Konstituierung des neuen Bundestags. Dies muss spätestens 30 Tage nach der Wahl sein. Bis dahin ist der „alte“ Bundestag voll funktionsfähig.
