Measles vaccine was developed in the 60's, exactly where the graph shows a stark decrease in measles cases. In 2000, it was declared as "eliminated". Since 2015, cases has been increasing again due to vaccination refusal, as shown in the following links from the CDC. https://www.cdc.gov/measles/data-research/index.html#cdc_data_surveillance_section_5-yearly-measles-cases
