Original Note:
Ukraine's constitution does not allow for elections to occur under martial law. Zelensky also has not "indefinitely suspended" elections on his own as the regular extensions of martial law require approval from Ukraine's parliament, which has been given each time. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martial_law_in_Ukraine https://www.ukrinform.net/rubric-polytics/3948787-the-verkhovna-rada-ukraines-parliament-has-passed-the-law-approving-a-presidential-decree-to-extend-martial-law-in-ukraine-for-another-90-days-from-february-8.html https://www.journalofdemocracy.org/online-exclusive/why-ukraines-elections-can-wait/ https://www.tagesschau.de/faktenfinder/wolodymyr-selenskyj-praesidentschaft-wahlen-100.html
