The study OP cited in a follow-on comment to support his claim is decades old, and only for a specific combination vaccine-MMR. Infants and children get many more vaccines than these, and multiple times. There is not enough data cited to prove that vaccines don’t cause autism. https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa021134
