NNN - Elon is technically correct as the government uses NoSQL as well. https://csrc.nist.gov/News/2024/nist-publishes-ir-8504 Furthermore the SSA uses IBM’s DB2 https://oig.ssa.gov/assets/uploads/a-14-09-19097summary.pdf Which does not run SQL, but rather Big SQL which allows non relational objects to be accessed and would be more akin to NoSQL https://www.ibm.com/products/db2-big-sql
