It makes no difference that the law was passed in 1935. A person born before the law, still could have been eligible for social security. The implication, is that a person cannot be 150 yrs old. Therefore fraud is occurring. This is plausible under the circumstances given. https://www.ssa.gov/history/briefhistory3.html
