An enclave is a territory entirely enclosed by another. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/enclave Gaza, one of the Palestinian Territories, is bordered by Israel & Egypt, and is bounded to the west by the Mediterranean. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaza_Strip It is not an enclave.
