The Dachau concentration camp opened by the end of March 1933. https://www.kz-gedenkstaette-dachau.de/en/historical-site/dachau-concentration-camp-1933-1945/ The first victims in Dachau were killed in April 1933. https://gedenkbuch.muenchen.de/index.php?id=gedenkbuch_link&gid=10071 Also in April 1933, the Nazis installed the first antisemitic laws. The destruction of the Hirschfeld Institute in May 1933 followed those events.
