Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (RPA) is a funding vehicle known as a “donor advised fund” with hundreds of clients depositing and directing charitable numerous contributions through it. https://www.nptrust.org/what-is-a-donor-advised-fund/ https://www.rockpa.org/what-we-do/ There is no evidence any USAID grant funds were directed to DDT through RPA.
