The 2016 referendum (Brexit) question was "Should the United Kingdom remain a member of the European Union or leave the European Union?” https://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/research-reports-and-data/our-reports-and-data-past-elections-and-referendums/testing-eu-referendum-question The UK left the EU therefore Brexit was delivered. Nigel Farage and Reform have not detailed what "done properly" means for 9 years.
