There’s no such Christian concept. The Bible Exodus 22:21 explicitly states: "You shall not mistreat or oppress a stranger, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt” This directly conflicts with the statements in the video, and therefore can’t be called a Christian concept https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Exodus%2022%3A21&version=NIV
