All birds are susceptible to bird flu. https://www.rspb.org.uk/birds-and-wildlife/avian-influenza-updates#what-is-avian-flu However, chickens are often housed with up to 35,000 birds in a single building, allowing infectious disease to spread rapidly. Seagulls, eagles, and quail mostly live in the wild, which is not controlled by humans.
