Musks arm movement – as well as Macrons – could just as well be interpreted as a Bellamy salute, instated in the USA 1892, as a Nazi salute. https://allthatsinteresting.com/bellamy-salute https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzP0Qr4x3g8 This means the intention behind moving the arm is crucial. Musk wanted to let his heart go out, and so it was not a Nazi salute.
