Original Note:

Bryan Johnson stopped the immunosuppressant Rapamycin (aka Sirolimus). He and his team regularly change treatments, supplements, and medications. Rapamycin was shown to extend the healthy lifespan of mice, but a recent study in humans did not indicate anti-aging effects. https://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements/sirolimus-oral-route/description/drg-20068199 https://nypost.com/2025/01/09/health/anti-aging-guru-bryan-johnson-ditches-controversial-drug-after-infections/
