Applying to be a firefighter doesn’t mean one is qualified to be a firefighter. The person who applied wouldn’t be told that they weren’t accepted due to hiring quotas so the assumption that DEI isn’t the reason he was hired is pure speculation to push a political agenda. https://lafd.org/join/careers
