This is actually a (partial) list of signatories of a letter to then PM Boris Johnson. The letter (https://labour.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Letter-to-PM-09022020-Nadia-Whittome.pdf…) requested a postponement of a flight deporting people from UK to Jamaica, until after a Windrush scandal review was publicised.
