This is false. The word ‘eugenics’ was coined by English scientist Francis Galton in 1883 on analogy of the Greek eugenes (“well-born, of good stock, of noble race"), from eu- "good" + genos "birth". It has nothing to do with Jude Law. https://www.etymonline.com/word/eugenics
