There was no "insurrection" on January 6th 2021. There was a political protest, and Trump had absolutely nothing to do with it. Trump spoke to a rally of 120.000 supporters(https://www.newsweek.com/exclusive-classified-documents-reveal-number-january-6-protestors-1661296), but had no role in the(separate) protest where a few hundred entered the Capitol.
