The original geographical location of Saka is between Caspian Sea and Aral Sea. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saka Shakya were a self-governing clan within the Kosala Kingdom which is on the bank of "Sarayu" river. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shakya Witzel-Beckwith theory is discarded.
