The „We“ in the Statement is choosen well. It implicates his part in the naming of Tesla which is a false claim. To say he uses the „We“ as in „We the Company“ is false, since a company does not name itself, but is named by the founders. He is not a founder of Tesla. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesla,_Inc.
