The rounds fired from the aircraft would travel at the velocity of the aircraft + the muzzle velocity of the rounds fired when referenced against a stationary object. When referencing against the aircraft the rounds would still move away from it at the muzzle velocity. https://science.howstuffworks.com/question456.htm
