The models used are not in fact from Gmod, they are from Half Life. Valve owns the rights to the models. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Half-Life_2 Valve stated that people are free to create within the source engine and use the models from source while monetizing it. Games or the like, just like gmod.
