Original Note:
Whilst some kittens may have large bellies, especially after eating, a swollen belly like this (resembling ascites) is a sign of underlying health issues. This may include tapeworms, malnutrition or liver problems and should be evaluated by a vet ASAP and not encouraged. https://all4petshospital.com/cat-with-swollen-belly-what-could-it-be/#:~:text=It's%20not%20a%20disease%20itself,to%20rush%20to%20the%20vet! https://www.hillspet.com/cat-care/healthcare/cat-and-kitten-swollen-belly
