The note from phenomenal forest flycatcher is misleading. The speaker clearly states he is in Sweida, which is a Druze city in SW Syria. The speaker, and his community consider themselves Israelu, but the Druze in Sweida are, at the moment Syrian. No evidence the video is fake. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suwayda
