The plant in question is Ecoparque Trajouce, that according to their website does indeed process recyclable materials and does not incinerate them all: https://www.tratolixo.pt/index.php/ecoparque_trajouce/index/ The piles of trash in the video are post processed cardboard and not indifferenciated like the post claims.
