Original Note:
Indigenous Protected Areas in Australia are managed by traditional owners in cooperation with the government, therefore they are not “public spaces”. Some IPAs do legally require a permit to enter. The sign in the image also states it is private land. https://www.niaa.gov.au/our-work/environment-and-land/indigenous-protected-areas-ipa#:~:text=IPAs%20provide%20a%20framework%20for,opportunities%20for%20First%20Nations%20people.
