If, Amnesty has expanded its definition of genocide, and it's a big IF, then it's because what we previously termed genocide needs revisiting. If Israel can perpetrate acts such as this https://x.com/owenjonesjourno/status/1864452443607585126 and call it self defence, how else to define it? Evil? Amorality? or just plain genocide?
