There's a lot wrong with this post. Oreshnik is not a weapon designed to deliver kinetic effect. We can see the damage it delivered from the photos: https://news.faharas.net/175722/russian-oreshnik-missile-hit-a/ It's not especially impressive, nor was its accuracy. Moreover, its a prototype from an otherwise discontinued programme.
