Pasteurization does not "kill" all "good" bacteria. While it is true that it does inactivate some enzymes, they aren't beneficial to human health, and the health impact of useful ones are negligible. Studies disproving this are dubious. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22054181/
