Original Note:
There is no precedent to nullify an election based on interference. Effects of the threats were determined to be minimal and in many cases did not have an effect on voting in those precincts. Votes needed to overturn these would be unlikely even with a nullification. https://www.npr.org/2024/11/06/nx-s1-5181834/election-day-voting-bomb-threats https://www.justice.gov/crt/title-52-voting-and-elections-subtitle-i-and-ii https://constitutioncenter.org/the-constitution/articles/article-i/clauses/750 https://www.reuters.com/world/us/fake-bomb-threats-linked-russia-briefly-close-georgia-polling-locations-2024-11-05/ https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/presidential-election-recounts-work-battleground-states/story?id=114992480
