Original Note:

The President of the United States does not have the power to "put" someone on the Supreme Court. The POTUS can nominate a candidate and the Senate has the sole power to confirm, or not, that individual for the vacancy. At this current time there is no openings on the Court. https://www.supremecourt.gov/about/faq_general.aspx#:~:text=How%20are%20Supreme%20Court%20Justices,composition%20of%20the%20Supreme%20Court.
