There is not federal abortion ban currently. Trump/Vance have stated there would be no federal ban. It's a state issue and was on the ballot in AZ and with yesterday's vote Arizonans approved a ballot measure to enshrine abortion rights in the AZ state constitution. https://www.npr.org/2024/11/06/g-s1-32937/arizona-abortion-amendment-results
