Even if the 22bn figure was correct the chancellor went on to raise 40bn. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/videos/czj734j3pn4o This is in direct contradiction to the Labour Party manifesto pledge and a large part has been used to settle labour disputes (& keep unions happy). The electorate have been misled.
