On March 16th 2022 Putin ordered that various targets in Mariupol Ukraine be bombed including the Drama Theater which was being used as an air raid shelter for civilians. The word “дети” (children) was written in large letters in front of the theater. Russia still bombed it. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mariupol_theatre_airstrike
