There is no early voting in Pennsylvania. You can pick up your mail in ballot, fill it out, and hand it back, on the same trip. Mail in ballots can be dropped off in person at specified locations during office hours. Voting booths are only open on November 5th. https://www.pa.gov/en/agencies/vote.html
