The original video was shot before the vaccination. It dates back at least to 2 April 2020 (https://worldstar.com/videos/wshh0M9yWm9841Zxngk7/man-refuses-to-be-tested-for-coronavirus-fights-with-hospital-staff-and-denies-it-exists-s-t-gonna-change-today).
