Katy Jon Went is non-binary transgender, so is not a man (https://www.katyjon.com/bio) However, the library’s tweet stating they don’t have toilets so this scenario isn’t possible could be misleading; there are toilets within The Forum (i.e. the building the library is in) which library visitors can use.
