While some states currently have abortion bans and restrictions in place, no federal ban on abortion exists, neither has Trump ever introduced one, or tried to. https://reproductiverights.org/maps/abortion-laws-by-state/ Obviously, women can't die because of abortion bans that don't exist to begin with.
