Notes and the post stating that Kaba was "unarmed" are incorrect. Although he did not have a firearm the law states that any item "Made, Adapted or Intended" as a weapon is one, and therefore the car he was driving is a weapon in law. https://www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk/outlines/knives-and-offensive-weapons/
