https://www.wisconsincheese.com/the-cheese-life/article/105/cheese-and-mold Cheese may be helped formed from mould and other products; but Cheese never actually has mould /in/ it. However there are cheeses with mould in it/on the ridge. Lunchly's 'White Cheddar" doesnt have preserves... so it has harmful mould growing on it that couldve been avoided.
