This post is not misleading as it is referring to this website's future TOS update which will go into effect November 15. https://x.com/en/tos#:~:text=By%20submitting%2C%20posting%20or%20displaying,any%20and%20all%20media%20or A claim in notes & some responses says that you can opt out of the feature but that is speculation as the new TOS doesn't mention the ability to opt out.
