False claim. In 2021 "some 85,000 children under 5 in Yemen may have died because of extreme hunger since the war began." (the Houthi civil war). More than 30,000 children have been killed in Syria. Sadly, children are killed in many conflicts. Gaza is not an extreme case. https://www.savethechildren.org/us/charity-stories/yemen-severe-acute-malnutrition
