Factually untrue. Brexit was not a factor in the speed of the vaccine approval, which happened under EU law. The UK was still in the Single Market for Medicines, therefore the emergency approval happened under EU law, as stated by the Head of the MHRA (June Raine) at the time https://www.gov.uk/government/news/uk-medicines-regulator-gives-approval-for-first-uk-covid-19-vaccine
