It's hard to tell what happened from this video. The person is stopping police activity, there is no proof that this person was killed except posts by Hamas leaning activists. Not a single reputable (even the left leaning ones) carried this story (not even a Hamas wikipage) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Israeli_assassinations
